You will need to read and sign your contractor's agreement. This is a legal agreement that you will represent Sky's Travel Club like it is YOUR Own Business!
Direct Deposit Form will allow us to send your payments as direct deposits to your bank of choice right away.
We are a real company paying real people, so please fill out your W-9 so that we could pay you right away. For Sole Proprietors contracting as a non business entity, please enter N/A on any lines which doesn't apply to you, such as EIN#. For any LLCs and Corporations, contracting as a business entity, please enter N/A on any lines which doesn't apply to you, such as SSN#.
Please read and sign comp plan and upload your valid ID or Driver's License.
